SCIENCE AND YOGA DYNAMIC

Thank you, Jamie, for the wellbeing session you led for our team. The session provided a much-needed opportunity for everyone to reconnect with themselves and relieve stress after a busy day. Many shared how they felt more focused, energised, and balanced both mentally and physically, and great for their overall wellbeing.

Jamie and I have worked together for the past couple of years and over this period Jamie has done some great work with the local community. Jamie has delivered bespoke yoga sessions to military veterans and their families and it was due to the success and positive feedback associated to that particular project that I decided to ask him to support me delivering a mindfulness and wellbeing project to vulnerable adults across Tameside in the winter of 2019 leading to the outbreak of the recent pandemic.  He tailored his sessions to really engage with the local community positively and it enhanced the session immensely with people attending simply to engage with the yoga sessions Jamie delivered.

I would recommend his Wellbeing Sessions to anybody who even has a slight interest in learning a new skill.  He is empathetic, understanding and easy to both work with and learn from.

Jamie has been delivering yoga and Wellbeing Sessions for Moving Forces veterans for years now! His approach and rapport with the veterans has been a huge benefit to the programme and each attendee who we send absolutely loves his classes. The focus on breathing and slow movement has helped several veterans with their mental health along with their physical health, and they have credited Jamie’s class with these improvements.
