I have been unwell for over 9 months and was struggling emotionally. I have done three sessions with Jamie, he has taken the time to listen to me and made me feel important, whilst showing me different breathing techniques and yoga poses. I couldn’t believe how amazing I’ve felt after each session and i’m on the road to recovery. I am hooked! and would certainly recommend sessions with Jamie. I really have learned a lot from him
